Round 1

I have never been able to wrap my mind around the vastness of the world-wide web. It connects the world, allowing people to stay in touch from here to nowhere with the touch of a button. It is an open market place, for both trade and ideas. It is a vortex into the cultures of the world. It is a channel to addictions, both good and bad. For me it has just become a pulpit.


I choose to Begin blogging because I have an opinion and a voice, and I believe both need to be heard. The battle for our culture is over ideas, over words, and I am tired of watching this battle from the sidelines. I want to join the fight. I want to jump in the ring and throw some punches.
I realize that being part of the fight encompasses taking some blows, I am ready for that, and I am ready to get up off the mat and keep swinging.


I cant spell very well; I don't really understand punctuation. I feel like my word often come out jumbled and out of order. I will at some point speak out with an uninformed opinion, and I will be misinformed, eventually I will stick my foot in my mouth. But I have a passion to see the right ideas rule our culture, and that out weighs the cons. So here is to Round 1.
